Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective or wrong item: We cover the return shipping cost.
• Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
